His ability to break down the real estate transaction process so that his clients clearly understand every step has won over buyers, sellers and investors since he entered the industry after college graduation.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Mario came to Miami as a child in 1982. He attended college at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton where he studied Business Administration and was a scholarship, collegiate athlete, playing baseball throughout his college years. Today, he maintains his love of sports and family. He has made his home in Weston, Florida for the last 15 years where he lives with his wife of 13 years and his three daughters.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Fernando “Fernie” Rodriguez grew up surrounded by the beautiful homes and condominiums that give South Florida its global appeal and distinguishes the city from any other. Drawn to real estate through an appreciation for design coupled with a love of the South Florida lifestyle, today Fernando enjoys helping a wide range of clientele as they buy, sell and invest in their own piece of Miami paradise.
A natural salesman, Fernando attributes his business acumen and negotiating savvy to growing up in a family who has ran a successful sales operation for more than 40 years. Staying abreast of the industry through ongoing market research and staying current with the many technology tools available today, Fernando prides himself on offering the highest level of client service based in unwavering honesty and integrity.
Fernando is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Business.
Armani is well-versed in all areas of real estate ranging from rentals and residential homes to commercial properties and new developments throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Having lived in many areas of Miami, including Miami Lakes, Coral Gables, Fisher Island, Cocoplum, West Miami, Coconut Grove, and Pinecrest, he can share valuable insights into the strengths of all of those markets. This first-hand knowledge allows him to provide his clients with a thorough understanding of the market so that they can identify the best communities for their needs.
